Sometimes clothes just don’t fit as well in real life as in our imagination… and the only way to go is to return the items. This is easy when shopping at Triercopenhagen.com. You have a full 14 day return option and naturally we will reimburse you if the clothes do not fit. If you buy an items that does not fit, does not live up to your expectations or if you by accident have received a faulty item you are fully covered by the Sales of Goods act on the internet. Therefore, you have a full 14 days return option from the day you receive your order. NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM? First and foremost: Items must be returned unused and in same condition as when received – with intact return labels attached to the product – and must be sent off with registrered post. Please note that items missing the return label will not be reimbursed – we make no exceptions from this rule. If you wish to return an item, it is recommended that you fill in the return slip you will find in your package and return this along with the items you wish to return. Can it be any easier? The return slip can also be filled in and printed here: Once we have received the items and approved the return we will, as soon as possible and within 14 days, reimburse the amount to your credit card. We can only transfer the amount to the credit card used to place the order. The reason behind this is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards. NEED TO RETURN A GIFT? If you have received a gift bought online at Triercopenhagen.com and wish to return it you can do so within eight days – either by exchanging it to another item at the same cost or by exchanging it to a gift certificate which can be used at your convenience and is valid for one year. However, in order to exchange a gift it is important at you have the original receipt as well as it is recommended that you fill out the return slip. The return slip can also be filled in and printed here: If you wish to make use of our return policy, please fill in the return slip and enclose this with the item you wish to return.
